HOMECOMING...TO Be Young Again!

Homecoming was Amazing! My BEautiful Daughter was a nominee!! All of the nominees LOOKED Stunning...and very CLASSY....WAY TO GO GIRLS..You represented yourselves well. It brought back memories of my homecoming and Getting Homecoming Queen when I was just a sophomore at Ira. They only do Seniors now..and I think thats Great...but I'm so glad they didn't the year I got it!.. It's a Wonderful feeling knowing people Care and Like you...Deep down I think we all still want a Crown...and you know what..WE all deserve one. So...go put that Tiara on...put on your best Dress and walk around all day with your head held High! You ARE a QUEEN!

What a crazy family! I've decided to redo my laundry room and asked my kids to do a photo shoot for it!.....and Mom..yes, those are shorts the girls have on! loll I thought the pics turned out great and I can't wait to hang them in my laundry room!

My Stars!

As I was looking through one of my scrapbook magazines..I saw this wonderful scrapbook idea and tried it out for myself! I love it!....We just got back from California from an amazing trip, so now I've decided to take a few days and clean up my computer and try to add some more posts. I have a wedding in two weeks to photograph..and I can't wait! I had decided not to do weddings any more..but a dear friend asked me to photograph hers..and I am just Thrilled.

What a GREAT time...Ashton and I decided to go around TOWN and Snap some SHOTs! We had a TeRRIfic tIMe..and Can't wait for our NEXT Outing!....

Mad Hatter Birthday PARTY!

What a BLAST! This was one unforgettable birthday! From tea cups hanging from the chandelier to top hats..this was one CRAZY party! We had the best time creating hats, making shirts, and eating a Huge hat cake my sister made. The tea cups were bought at an antique store all for $5!...the huge flowers were made out of saved tissue paper..and we made Large Cards out of poster board. It was the best decorated party...and the cheapest!!

Look at this beautiful baby! This is my nieces baby...who is absolutely PRecious! She is such a joy for this family...especially after all the sadness they have experienced. God has a way of touching our lives even when we think nothing could possibly make us feel better. Our journeys may be long...they may be hard..but in the end when we put our faith in God...Life will be Good! Through God All things are possible....

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun!

Two crazy cousins....just having FUN! That's exactly what these two girls did today...played until their feet couldn't move Anymore. These two reminded me of a couple of my friends...Amanda..and Amy...we were inseparable..We could finish each other's sentences..and know exactly what the other was thinking. We made crazy dances to Eye of the Tiger..Madonna..and wore our hair in a side pony with a scrunchy! Yes..the 80's!..How could you forget them..Best Music..Best Styles..Best FRIENDS! I miss Those two girls!...They were amazing..they were my BFFs.

A New Life...

What a Beautiful young lady I had the opportunity to photograph! She has the eyes and hair...I WANT! Although I haven't seen her newborn...I know she has to be just as BEAUTIFUL as her mother! She brought back memories of when I had my first daughter...17 years ago...I never knew how fast time would pass by...My baby will GRaduate this year! I'm excited and thrilled for her to go out and begin a life of Adventure..but to be honest..I would rather be holding her and singing her good night. I miss my little LOLO..But I look forward to seeing what God has in store for her!

Oh..the road you travel

Ok...so...I've read the book by Dr. Seuss a million times..Oh the places you'll go...But the question in my life about which road to take is.....How do you choose? ..There are so many things in life I want to do..experience..taste..touch..I just can't imagine going down one road and doing ONE thing! I recently received my Real Estate license and I'm SOOOO excited. I love HOMES..I love LOOKING at them..I LOVE DECORATING them..my only problem is that I like so many different styles..I wish I could have 20 rooms and they would ALL look totally different. I also AM staying so busy with PHOtography...MY TRUE LOVE!!! I love how ARTISTIC you can be with photography..It's not just a simple Point and shoot for me. I also recently had a phone Call from the School wanting me to come Teach for a MOnth...I said I would never go back..but the truth is...I LOVE KIDS...I love watching them learn...but more than that I like to think that I can make Learning FUN...I HATED all of those boring classes where you know the teacher just simply wanted a pay check and thats it!...Learning Is a Treasure..It can be so Much MORE than reading the book and answering the twenty questions at the end..IT can ACTUALLY be exciting!..So...the next time I'm ASKED..."WHAT DO YOU DO FOR A LIVING"..I will simply say..."I engage the adventure".....so no matter what road I'm on today.. even with the bumps..I will make the BEST of it..

What a GREAT group of GIRLS! I've had the pleasure of being the TIGER mom for the VARSITY girls basketball team this year...and man..its been a ton of FUN! These girls have so much character..and they all impress me not just on the court but off. Their smiles are so contagious. They are so talented and I think sometimes we forget that the biggest WIN is how we can touch the lives of others. So...maybe these girls haven't won every game...but I will tell you this...How they have handled themselves after ups and downs..tells me WAY more than the scoreboard does. Girls...YOU'VE got CLASS!
